Why is it that we are always regaled with tales of using players to their best ability and putting the team in position to succeed right before we get stifled for 2-3 years with the least imaginative coaching any of us have ever seen?

I was watching YouTube of O’Leary talking the futility of ny jets offense over that last 5 yrs. wow it was worse than I thought, and I watched every game. You can’t make this &$@? Up. Hard to believe we have been so ineffective. 3 regimes, same results. Man we must be really bad at hiring the right people! With how much LaFleur has incorporated the TE's into the passing game, I'm a little surprised Yeboah hasn't been active for a game yet. Might as well give him a go and see what he can do IMO.
I hope so. I'd rather see him out there with Griffin than Daniel Brown. Let's see what he's got. Nothing to lose at this point.
