    Greatest news I have ever heard as a Jets fan. To go out and make a move like this shows that the new regime wants to make a run at the AFC East and ultimately the Super Bowl.

    If its the 4th round pick that goes up in value with a better performance -- thats a good deal and in fact, that would be a creative type deal i would expect from a business football guy.

    Also -- i didnt the jets would get him -- but selling him for a 3rd rounder to TB and then playing them in the beginning of the season -- would have been a disaster.

    I think the expectations should be set. He is a very big upgrade but he is not brady, manning or even romo and palmer. But -- he should help jones alot.

    Assuming he stays healthy -- very good move.

    Now I assume that chad will go ?
