David Harris would be my pick, I think he is going to dominate and I love LBs. Kerry Rhodes is a real star though and both are the reasons are D will be sick this year.

Rhodes is my second favorite, and Revis has the potential to challenge, but my favorite player right now is Mangold. He was a great pick, has played solid football without complaint. As bad as the OL was last year, he was the only one who was able to play with some consistency and effect. I hope he will be the Center for the next ten years or more.

Rhodes is, without question, the best player on the team, and probably the most fun to watch...

But, my favorite player has to be either Coles or Cotchery. Both guys sacrifice their bodies over and over going up for lame ducks thrown their direction, take huge hits, and often times keep moving down field.

Both these guys are warriors. Maybe not the two best players on the team, but they're absolutely the toughest, and they've sacrificed as much for the team as anyone...

^ Cotchery, look at all the tackles the man breaks! And especially that classic at the 3:22 mark!

Only cause he played more games then Harris , If Harris would of played in the same amount of games he would of been hands down DROY.

I like Leon Washington on offense and Rhodes on D.

I love watching Leon run, and would love to see him get more involved this year. Rhodes is just a beast.

Coles is a close second on offense. I love how tough he plays, and he showed some great hands and athleticism early last year.

I've always loved Pennington. He has great heart, and actually has the brains to give a compelling interview. But now the thing I'd like to see him do most is step aside and coach Clemens.

Also really used to like Vlima...

The Big 3: Darrelle Revis, David Harris, and Kerry Rhodes. Calvin Pace could potentially be a star on this defense.

Vernon Gholston and Dustin Keller have a chance to join my list of "favorites" this season. You always have to root for the draft picks...

David Harris. He's going to be our field general on defense for many years to come.

    It's tie for me:

    Matt Chatham for this: youtube.com/watch?v=ZO_wVxJU6vw

and Chad, Ben Graham and LC for this: youtube.com/watch?v=R9axP1A4ZGA

In seriousness, it's Chad. I know a lot of people are down on him and his fallen off a little, but I always dug his accuracy.

Kerry Rhodes, with the newcomer Alan Faneca being a close second. Also gotta love Nick Mangold. Just an OLineman and Secondary type of guy I guess.

Wow, look at the offensive line, protection makes everything so much better.

    Cotch IS a cool cat.

none of the current jets players have really stood out as a favorite at this point. i am hoping that justin miller will play well as he is a definite possibility. being that he has the same number as victor green gives him a head up.

    Good question.

Although I want KC to start, I still like Chad. He just seems like a loyal team player -- smart, and supportive -- that goes a long way in my book. I really think he deserves a ring, starter or not.

Wow, that is cool. I stink at Bball but it would be fun to play against some of the Jets.
