Considering the new additions to the roster, this coaching staff should be able to get this team to at least 10-6.

It seems like a broken record for this team...but with all the new faces you wonder how long it will take to gel.

I think most of us sane Jet fans can agree that with a little (hopefully) time, this defense can be one of the better ones we have had in years.

    Have to go 9-7

I expect Sutton to be tarred and feathered if this defense doesn't come out with a solid gameplan and halftime adjustments sometime before the bye week.

If that happens 9-7 should be about right +/-1

I am waiting for the NYJs to win and sustain respect, fear, and loathing on the line of scrimmage.

If that happens, all will be well.

My 8-8 was in tongue in cheek (that sounds naughty). Anyway, 'broken record', hahaha. The Jets won't be breaking any records any time soon, but we revel in our age by appreciating such phrases. Winstonbiggs will probably tell me that I love vinyl.

I think for the players we have received in non season will be very beneficial for the jets and they will help the Jets atten playoffs.

    11-5 this season!!

    Very naughty..oh...the cliche...the cliche.

Yeah..no records, so many new faces on the defense. Just seems like there is always an excuse for this team to get off to rough starts. New coaches..new OC's...Herm...new DC'S....new players...Herm...tough schedules in the beginning of the year..and Herm.

Pertty much every bad team has a long list of close losses. We were as bad as our record indicated last year but that doean't mean we won't turn it around this year. I expect we will, we have been an every other year team since 2002 and I think we'll be at worst a serious playoff contender this year. As long as we get decent QB play we will make the playoffs and w/ the major improvements on the OL our running game will be better which will help our passing game be better.
