    No one knows if anyone can do the job when they are first hired. I suppose I was lucky to be hired by my bank as I was just a stupid college kid with no banking experience. I've been here 2 years now and I'm pretty comfortable with my job.

    I'll never understand what a "football" person is. Tannenbaum has been in football for how long now?? Still he isn't considered "football person". Mangini was a better hiring than any of the other coaches out there.
