I think he's not getting past the G-Men at #12.

The only knock on Ebron, he's had some drops on easy plays, lacks concentration at times.

yeah i've come to the conclusion too, also he isn't the greatest blocker in the world but that isn't as much as a knock as it used to be.

HOPEFULLY the giants select taylor lewan or something, but yeah i have no confidence in ebron being at our pick

Dom, If we sign DJ, the #18th pick is wide open. We could be going defense and improve the secondary and still get another WR in Rd 2 or 3.

yeah, i've followed this draft really closely and didn't want to get into too much in the ebron thread, but since you brought it up i will

i think our perfect situation is jackson is cut and signs with this team on a long term deal with roster bonuses. this opens the door for barr (the inevitable run at QB and watkins/ebron/evans will push him down), dee ford, gilbert/denard (gilbert is the better player), clinton-dix/pryor, and lewan. if that situation happens i think we go BPA, which is barr

i've been saying this for ages but a WR i have a first round grade on is jarvis landry. with him getting injured during the combine his stock has fallen a decent amount and if we don't get him at one point it'll bite us in the butt. that guys a true football player

Jarvis Landry is one of the toughest WRs in this draft. JL makes clutch catches and isn't afraid to go over the middle. I agree, Landry is going to be a great pro. A lot of people like Landry better than Beckham.Unfortunately, the depth at the position and a slower combine #'s effects his stock. Landry will probably be a mid 2nd Rd pick.

FWIW, don't forget about Pryor in rd 1.

I won't hijack this Ebron thread any longer :).

Ebron had a shaky day today at UNC's pro day.

3 drops and a double clutch and looked bad in the short shuttle.

Ebron has had lapses in concentration, drops easy passes and makes terrific catches in double coverage.

Boy oh boy would it be a dream to get Ebron at 18 and Landry with our 2nd round pick, but that's exactly what it is, a dream sadly :(

Ebron will be long gone by 18.
