And now if the season goes into the tank like broncos last year we at least have our draft pick. Brown was a miss, but the coaching staff should not have allowed him to miss the entire training camp and still be the day 1 starter.
Okay, I am done bitching about the O Line as the did in fact overhaul it. Whats next to bitch about????
Indeed, it was gamesmanship all along by Saleh. Brown being hurt again forced the coach to actually think about putting the best line-up forward. Now, I am still not sure about AVT at RT at this stage, given how he looked so far at guard, but hopeful. I also wanted to see Tipp at C instead of CMG. But ... Becton is a LT and Tipp is on the field, which is a step forward.
Hopefully that Zach should have thrown a 5th touchdown running up the score against the Patriots instead of just 4.
This Is far and away the best lineup they could have right now. I am happy they made this change, especially after the dumbfuck comment Saleh had earlier In the week about how irresponsible It would be to move Becton to LT. If this lineup fails, that sucks, but I have to give them kudos for at least trying to make It work Instead of refusing to budge on an obvious problem. Sucks It took an injury to finally make a change but I'm glad It's happened. Hopefully It works out.
Send him home and play one of the kids. The guy was not physically able to play his position but got put there anyway. In the meantime, despite what we all witnessed, Bob continued gaslighting us by saying Brown would be ready today knowing full well he can't man the position.
If they would've put their biased bullshit aside... maybe Rodgers Isn't dealing with a season ending injury. Hindsight, and It aint worth going down that road. However, It was pure negligence to ever force the issue with an older OL who clearly wasn't physically capable or ready to be In this lineup. It's actually surprising how little backlash Saleh got for It. IMO
