See, your last line is worthless...Im 45 years old..and have seen a ton of football..there are younger guys around here in their teens that make points that make me rethink my stance on things.

If you feel that way already...its useless to post.....I would agree with you there. The day you stop learning..is the day you die. Good luck.

Have you met Al Darow yet? Something tells me you two might hit it off.

first of all, an opinion is someone's personal decision. you may not agree with someone's opinion but that doesnt make it a bad one. second of all, i think one thing that we could all teach you is patience. most championship teams are built through the draft and have had a long time head coach. with mangini in place and his apparent strategy to build through the draft, it seems that we have both.

HOWEVER, no one can say for sure. thats what makes football great. give it time to see how it progresses.

Never wrote off the coaches or FO- just trying to keep everyone in check. I think most people on this site think Mangini IS Belicheck-- and he has not proven that on any level. Chatham is fine for a backup, but I don't really want to hear about how he is a good signing. Again, nobody knows anything about him, but a lot of posters think he is going to be good solely because he came from the belichecks system. botom line, why was he cut then? They need LB more than any other spot right now.

Good teams cut good players all the time in the NFL. Chatham is a quality signing for depth, ST, and possibly winning a starting spot.

And we understand that Mangini is not Belicheck, but we are hopeful that BB may have imparted some of his knowledge and skill to Mangini. Cower, who just won an SB I will remind you, has been the coach of that team forever, started young and took them all the way. We hope Mangini can do the same for us.

Seems to me as if you just like hearing yourself talk (or watching yourself type, whichever). Whatsamatter? Don't have anyone at home or any friends to put up with your rants?

Well, you didn't do it either-- still sticking with my statement. I research football, i make my OWN opinions, and never use someone elses. I am strong minded, and will not change my stance on a position. Doesn't mean I am not willing to learn, but If I feel strongly enough about a topic to make a post, I will never be swayed from that opinion. At least not from anyone I have seen on here so far.

There's a different between being strong-willed and plain stubborn. Take a minute. Which are you?

Did you see my last response to the patience? I said I don't want to sign anyone in this FA period. I want to draft based on best player available as much as possible, and fill the rest with cuts after june 1 (like kendal)

See..if you ask me...you show signs of just wanting to listen to yourself and dont care about what others post. Perfect example is that Abyz gives you a perfect answer about Chatham...and then you just ignore it and give your idea..which is exactly what abyz just posted. Why dont you reread what he just typed..that Chatham isnt a probowler...but its an inexpensive guy from a superbowl team that probably wont start. try reading it first.

Thats know-it-all...which you already admitted you are.

It is rarer and rarer nowadays to find a diamond in the rough after June 1. Most of the good FAs come available in the beginning of the FA period, and many of those that would be cut post June 1 restructure their contracts so as not to.

I agree with you on BPA for the most part. This team has enough holes to fill that pretty much any skilled player will help. The question just remains, and it is one that we will debate until April 29th, who will be the best player available at 4? In round 2? Round 3?

    *Yawn*

Enough with the life story. We get the point...you're a big ol' macho toughie, who doesn't care about our opinions. What I want to know is, if you really don't care about our feedback, why are you getting so bent out of shape over them? Hmm?

Confident in my opinions. Which is great. Again, I said it is anything I actually post that I will not change my stance on. Didn't say I can't learn from reading about other things. If someone said that a certain FA is worth taking, and could back it up, I would do my own research, and make my opinion based on my findings. Most of that was geared to the guy who never said anything meaningfull- just bashes.

I gave you a more analytical answer than you appear to be capable of and you ignored it. Your posts are empty, and your 'research' is apparently a huge waste of your time. Try fingerpainting.
