The shit Is fucking busted.. NOBODY Is exempt from this shit show that Is this team. If you are apart of this team, you stink by association at this point. It's a mess.

All I know.. Is things have to change for It to get better. I don't get paid to know the truth behind that solution to get this team Into a contending team, year In-year out.

The only thing I can truly look to Is ownership as the key factor In why we fucking suck, year In-year out. I can only estimate this based on my ability to observe other teams that consistently win, year In-year out.

Kraft looks like the dumbest looking ass-hat I've ever seen. Apparently, looks are deceiving. Sigh.

Or you take that pick and use it on a OL/WR and actually build around our QB for a change.

Even if you trade back, I'm taking nothing but offensive players with our first few picks. Defense be damned but I'd much rather lose 54-49 than 54-13.

Thing is, things did just change. New staff, new qb, very young team. Have no idea what talent is on the field as they are all young. But with this organization, a bunch of puzzle pieces on the table and I would never trust their ability to put it all together.

Proven guys like Russell Wilson, Aaron Rodgers, Jameis Winston could be available in the offseason. Go out and get one of them

Sometimes I wonder why average fans aren’t running NFL franchises and then I see a thread like this and remember why.

I'm beginning to believe this. Maybe the way to go is what the old Washington Redskins did in the 70's under George Allen. Stock the team with veterans by trading draft choices for good solid players. How many #1 draft choice QB's in the last 15 years have won SB's? Only 2 that I can think of, Flacco and Mahomes. How many #1's are even still on the teams that drafted them? Very few. There are many veteran and FA QB's on the benches of the 32 teams that would love another shot at starting for an NFL team. Guys like Nick Foles, Cam Newton, Marcus Marriotta, Case Keenum, Tyrod Taylor to name a few. This may not give us a SB winner, but it should at least give us a competitive and entertaining team that we can watch and root for every Sunday.

I have no idea how White will play, but wouldn't it be something if some unheralded QB who was actually given time to sit and learn plays half-decent football? While our highly touted rookie was thrown in the deep end and only fished out when the bubbles stopped floating to the surface?

I think there's a lot to like in this. We are so caught up with finding a Mahomes or a Rodgers that we overlook the fact that they are extremely rare and are almost always found by accident (they weren't overall No. 1 picks, remember), and meanwhile there are good, solid vets who could put in good, solid seasons year after year and keep us competitive. The alternative? This rinse-and-repeat shambles of chasing the next golden boy and giving up on him three years later. Find a decent player and build around him. That would be so much better than what we've had for so long now.

I'm not giving up on Wilson yet, by the way, we need to see how he pans out, but if we're drafting another first-round QB in a couple more years I think I'm going to puke.

Stocking with all young unknowns, is a crap shoot. It would only work with a coach like parcells, or belichick. Coaches who can make a team at a jersey tpk test area. We have a young unknown team, with a young unknown staff. The ny jets was not the place to try this experiment. Need a good core of solid vets. And build the youth around that.

We weren't ready for a top 3 QB this year. What makes us think we will be next year?

Also, Zach Wilson was only top 3 among the QB's. He was definitely not a top 3 pick.

I wouldn't use a top 3-5 pick on a new QB just to compete with Zach. Seems like a waste of resources.

Having said that, with the amount of draft picks they should have going into the draft, I'd be fine if they took a mid round flyer on a QB.

I'm just wondering if Zach didn't Browning Nagle us? After preseason he looked so solid but every since its been 1992 again.

What is the worth of Wilson today as a resource? Nobody has the answer but we'll be getting closer to knowing at the end of the season and at this time next year. Competition is good; it's how you find out which guy is better.
