But he was hurt last year and he wasnt to his full ablity and this year he will be. execpt him to share a lot of carries with martin. Dont get you hopes up on washington.

lol i will get my hopes up on Washington. Ive watched his career at FSU and seen him in person. that makes me biased, but Blaylock has the same exact skillset as Washington, and I KNOW FOR A FACT. Washington runs alot harder than Blaylock.

and I'd rather groom the young guy than count on a speedback coming off a broken foot.

if Blaylock comes in an does wonders, great I'll go buy his jersey. but fact is if blaylock was so dependable they wouldnt have drafted washington.

wed have martin-houston-blaylock. no need for a 4th RB.

theyre looking in other spots because blaylock was originally brought in to spell Martin, now Houston has raised an eyebrow or two and they obviously saw something in Washington, he was a steal in the 4th rd.

Washington is a good back i have gone to 5 FSU games. i live within 5 miles of FSU and he is a Good Running back. I was just saying. I like Washington a lot too. Hell yeah he was a steal for a 4th rounder.

We went on without him last year? We went 4-12.

If we had a winning record without him maybe you'd have a point there. But your other post about him vs Leon is good.

I agree with GG! we are in a hurry to rush to judgement and we have no facts yet! These fans ought to realise that without an Ol and a QB who strik4s fear , NO RB will be great or good!

If his foot is not a problem, than I am not going to make any judgements on a player that Herm the germ misused. I would actually like to see him play some before I decided.

each of the jets RB's is not a starter there all solid #2 rb at best. Next year the jets need to get my buddy Michael Bush!! There is no beating around the Bush!!

I absolutely agree with you. too many guys were abused and not used correctly. Santana was one; Goodwin and ordan were others. I won't even mention BOLLINGER! SCREW DUH HERM! We are much better off without him and so will be many players on the JETS!

I, personally, like the guy. I think he could have been a very big factor last year if it wasnt for the foot, and i think coming back this year he will make an impact.

How on earth does Washinton, with NO NFL carries have more upside than Blaylock. Our team was in total disarray last season. This guy is a quick, shifty back with good hands as a receiver. He could really help us. He is WAY more than just a special teams guy. Give him a chance-he may shine brightly. Houston is more straight-ahead. Blaylock cuts really well and has 4 years pro experience.

Blaylock is the best runningback on this team not named Martin. Houston and Washington may have all the "potential" you want but potential doesn't win games in the NFL. Blaylock has proven what he can do, let's let him do it.

Blaylock has proven that he can run behind the Chiefs o-line, which is not hard
