I hope you do. And while you're at it, I hope Fins D shows the world what kind of train wreck the current Jets offensive schemes are.
I believe that this new found optimism will disappear when our first series ends in a Conley muffed punt
Gotta love the optimism somehow though. Regardless of playoffs or not, we should take all our frustrations out on the Dolphins today, Im looking for 31-10. However, I would take 3-0.
Besides the Jets winning I feel that the Tennessee game is the big question mark. I don't see Cincinnati beating Baltimore and either Oakland or Denver will lose. Heck I actually think they both lose.
After the last two weeks, I could go either way. If we get it in, great. If we lose, we deserve it, and it means some changes are coming.
I believe that if we do get in, Rex will immediately announce us as the favorites. And I'll grumble through my teeth.
We have a great OC who would be excellent as your Head Coach next year - and he's free of charge to our friends in Miami!!!:finssuck:
This is gonna be a very unnecessarily heartpounding game and I'm pretty sure by the time it's over, I'm not gonna have the strength to watch any other games that might decide our fate, god forbid the jets win.
I only see this game playing out two ways. 1) We get early breaks or things in our favor (turnovers etc.) and we roll through the game easily and win like 31-7. 2) Game is a complete offensive abomination and we lose like 10-6
I actually think if we do somehow make it, it will be the first year where he doesn't. He will probably thank the other teams for winning and helping us, say the Texans are a really tough team, and then say the way we have been playing poorly he doesn't expect us to be favorites but he stills loves our chances. Then the next day ESPN will post the headline "Rex says Jets are favored to win Super Bowl."
Love my Jets....but this is not our year,,,,,,,Even if we somehow beat the Fish, we have too MANY other factors that have go our way..... Having said that, those Fish are licking there chops to be the ones to end our season once and for all. Face it, not much else to play for at this point for the Fins, other then there shear hatered for the NY Jets... If the shoe were on the other foot, would wei not be thinking the same thing, if we can't go, neither can you !!!!!! So it's on to the draft and the restructuring of the team for next year......
