This is an excellent question. Not only did the Jets know they had Babin on the other side of the line coming in, they got to watch the result of the mismatch for the entire first quarter. Why did they just leave Hunter out there with little or no help? What's the point in that other than reinforcing the fact that Schotty can't adjust on the fly for his life?
It's particularly baffling when we have clearly seen them adapt to this problem on multiple occasions earlier in the season.
