 he missed that dunk, it think it was a 360 or something crazy. speaking of missed dunks, watch this clip of a Vince Carter missed dunk in the demolition of duke in 1998. http://youtube.com/watch?v=3e0yaSQuej8
Good stuff. My favorite is still his dunk over Frederic Weis in the Olympics. Not only was it against France, but it proved once and for all that Weis was a stiff and Scott Layden was the worst GM in the history of the NBA.
this is my white boy right here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hKLnjRCJHZo&mode=related&search= this was in Canada at a High School Dunk Competition. Henry Bekkering. Hes like 6 ft 7 245, with something along the lines of a 41 inch vert. in another video he litterally jumps up so high he rubs his forehead around the rim. Hes now playing for Eastern Washington and not doing anything big. But regardless the guy can dunk something nasty. theres a few more vids of him out there.
Nice! Believe it or not, I know some Canadian white boys that can ball. Surprised the hell out of me in a pick-up game, but they were on my team so it was all good. Speaking of dunk contests, I'm guessing Nate the Great is automatically in the NBA's to defend his title.
lol im white but it was moreso a hey look at this cracker dunk thing from me considering the only REAL white ballers usually dont reside in the states. but yeah B-Ball is huge up in Canada, and white people up their carry the recessive lumberjack gene. so i assume they jump better due to increased inate manliness that comes from drinking syrup and chopping trees. its actually a new study im working on. hahaha if you really wanna see someone fly, check out this Euro player. Kadour Ziani (this guy FLIES) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f_lJhUpNeOU
That's encouraging because I want the Europeans to keep working on their dunks. That way they can forget the fundamentals like we did and the USA can win gold again in our lifetime. Speaking of white dunkers, didn't one of the Barry brothers win the NBA dunk contest a few years back? I seem to remember that, and thinking the end must be near.
yeah, it was Brent Barry, he took it in 96 when he played for the clippers after the nuggets traded him. i think he did a one handed dunk from the free-throw. I guess he won because they saw a white guy pull off a Dr.J impression.
