1) d-rob is playing fairly well for an undersized NT. remember he's completely out of position. just like the other guys on our 3-4 defense (vilma, ellis, hobson, the list goes on). it takes a couple of years for a true NT to become a starting/quality NT in the nfl and you guys expect him to dominate right away. again, he's doing faily well so far. wilfork, jamal williams, casey hampton and co. looked a lot worse in their 1st season. 2) kevin williams is a 4-3 DT. the guy always had tremendous DTs right next to him (chris hovan, pat williams). d-rob had...james reed. yay oh and ferguson of course. ask any person you want: d-rob was a pro bowl calibur DT with ferguson right next to him in 04. but stuff like that doesnt matter, some of you guys think the guy needs to dominate in everything he does no matter how many guys block him and thats just crazy. nobody can do that
the same chris hovan who got benched/inactive his last season minny?. sorry 4-3, 3-4 D rob doesnt produce its just excuses. could u imagine what a guy like kevin wiliams could do with abe and ellis on the edge of him. anyway back t D Rob fairly well at NT. he is getting abused by centers week in week out.hell guards arent even chipping robertson there headed right too our Mlbs. i wish i had the tools to point this out on game tape to u.
for three games. big deal could YOU imagine what d-rob could do next to pat williams in the nfc? im pretty sure your answer will be "nothing". meh
he had a pretty good game, not as good as the one against the chargers, but def a top 3 of his career
Indy's run game is mediocre at best, lets see him do it again next week against Jax. But i will take the progress, its something.
no he wasnt he was a DE for 3 games in his rookie season my friend is a viking fan and he never lets me live down k will.. belive me i know.
The jets got torched on the ground again, I understand this. But does any1 here not think a little of it had to do we had an extra defensive back in on 95% of the plays? GO LOOK AT THE GAME AND QUESTION THAT.
Robertson really just needs to come in off the bench and give Moore a rest. That's about all he's good for at this point
