Well that's just not true. He goes vertical as well as any receiver in football, but because of his speed the Eagles also love getting him the ball in space and letting him run with it. Plus he's one of the most electrifying return men in football. Call him overrated if you want, but his stats speak for themselves.

Santonio had off the field problems which damaged his stock and the Steelers FO just flat out messed up. Jackson doesn't carry that baggage and commands much higher value.
