Not a fan of this move, I thought the plan to have Sanchez keep the guys he was familiar with. By the way where's our burner, who going to stretch the field? J-Co, gonna miss him man
Want to have fun, experience an awesome time and see incredible costumes try a comicon or one of many other conventions out there. Hell you might find out you have a little freak in you too. :metal: Most of you seem like you’re already in a rocking chair wearing your depends waiting to roll over and die... loosen up a little, we all don't conform to your box of rules. Jets fans come in all kinds….. JC, From your avatar I would think you might not be so judgemental....
so its okay for you to judge and be bigoted towards us....but you just think everybody should cut you some slack for being a comicon geek who chubs off on teletubbie wannabes?
I know it's a business, I know that I don't know everything that goes on behind the scenes, but I'm just not comfortable with some of these moves. It just doesn't seem wise to make such big changes to our WR corps in our QB's third year. If Sanchez takes the next step and improves his game, it won't matter. But if he doesn't, then we lost a gamebreaker and someone who should have been a Jet for life for a guy who just got out of prison and a 37 year old. If I had to choose between retaining major offensive or defensive players, I'd pick offense. Sanchez needs the consistency. Rex can manage with what he's given on D (not talking about Harris, but we could have moved on from Cromartie). Once the season starts, of course I'll be on board with all of our players and I'm sure some of the ones I doubted will prove to be worthy Jets. But until then, you can't blame me for not being too excited about it.
Edwards is still out there and a few others who are good. No worries.... Worste case senario is Kerley fills the need, they are really high on the guy.
Yeah I agree it says he's still undecided, if he goes somewhere else, I'll be really pissed off at Tanny / Rex and Woody They can't be this dumb ...
If they cut Cotch without a commitment from Mason it means that they were cutting him either way. I know Cotch is saying his back is 100% but they must know something we don't. Last week a good chunk of us thought Tanny was being dumb for not trying to lock Edwards up. This week that decision looks pretty smart. Maybe next week this Cotchery decision will look really smart too.
