He's played in 3 games, he missed one.

That's not according to me, that's according to math.

Yes, my mistake. I mentally blocked one game out I guess. How I deal with this abusive relationship.

The percentages on these are hilariously bad. Four separate guys dropping 1/5 passes thrown to them. Professional football players...

At the end of the day the game is about talent.

4th quarter and you are throwing a pass against an NFL defense. Would you rather be throwing it to Trevon Wesco, Ryan Griffin, Daniel Brown, Jeff Smith.... or Denzel Mims?

Bump before Mike White and Denzel Mims break the NFL single game passing record :D

I've never seen a better 2 catches for 30 yards in my entire LIFE.

His feet are still clumsy but his hands are glue. I wish he didn't look like he was on rollerskates after the catch but maybe he'll settle down.

Mims isn't the only Jet WR ever to drop a TD pass. He won't be the last either. He let that ball get to his chest. Shit happens sometimes.

Mims played OK today. The TD drop was unfortunate, but he had a 24 yard catch called back on a hold, and he also hustled back to assist on the TD saving tackle after the first INT. Give the damn kid some more opportunities.

Not one to make excuses but it was a new QB and he fired it in there in a weird way…just seemed like Mims wasnt ready for it until the last second.

He played well otherwise and as many have said, is a very good blocker downfield and on runs.

Jets are just very deep at WR and should be using all of them like today

The TD drop was disappointing but yes other than that he played decent and yes is a good downfield blocker. He needs more snaps to properly evaluate …..

This is the correct take. We don't have any superstar wideouts but we are deep with quality at the WR position.

Davis, Crowder B+ players - would start across most teams.
Cole, berrios, c level players that can contribute 700 yards between them.

Then Moore and Mims who we all want to break out.

Chase dropped an easy TD yesterday as well. It happens. As long as its not a habit then just move on.

True, but when you've been riding the pine and trying to get more playing time, those are the moments you can't let slip from your hands.....

Cant argue with that. Plus if we would have lost by three a lot of people would be saying it was because of the drop.
