Do you guys think that have the same discussions on Eagles boards about how JJ Arceda-Whiteside is a great talent simply held back by the coaching staff? Steelers boards with James Washington? Saints boards with Tre'Quan Smith? Or do they just accept the player might not pan out whilst hoping he does?

We get a lot of good football guys here. Personally, I cant get too upset at posters who are at the end of their rope after the Gase era. Until we finally win a game I completely understand random meltdowns in our fanbase. Winning cures a lot of ails and its been way too long since we had a win that gave us some hope. Hopefully its today. (12 minutes to kickoff!)
I will fight in not thinking that our fans are dumb, but emotional and reactionary. And definitely great at boozing. I can't tell you how many fights between drunk guys in their 60s in the stands I saw as a kid growing up with season tickets in the 200-2010 decade.
The fact is before you alienate potential good players you have to have prove you can draft good ones too. JD 2020 looks like shit. 2021 looks meh but still very early. Steelers has probably drafted the best players in the last two decades on average. Saints are not far behind. Jets have not. So of course their fan bases don’t care, because they GMs draft well.
