no offense, but of all my years reading and posting on this board, this could be one of the most asinine comments i've ever seen. i'm psyched that Dennis Byrd was back in any capacity helping this organization. If you can't get fired up by a guy who's gone through what he has, they you probably have no pulse. And that's regardless of whether you "remember" him or not.

I heard Glazer say that Byrd handed Rex the jersey they cut off of him after he went down on the field. That action has to be even louder than the words Byrd used.

i hope rex bring curtis martin to pitt next week and let him give a rousing speech to team. as this is as far as curtis ever made it with jets in playoff (afc champ. game in 98)
