I don't know about Romo but Rodgers holds the ball forever waiting on the deep routes to open up when he wants to throw the ball mid to deep. Favre did the same thing his first half dozen years or so and then the hits started piling up and he started to get rid of the ball faster. The Packers have always had a lot of vertical action in their WCO. That's one of the things that sets them apart from the prototypical WCO's, that and the heavy emphasis on a power run game inside.
