did penny have the benifit of 'the hit man' playing the other side of the ball last season? a strong d is a qbs best friend. harris starting when he did may explain the cp/kc win loss disparidgy more than the qb play. just a thought.
You also have to take into consideration that this kid had Dewayne Robertson in front of him, who could NOT keep the linemen off DHarris and this kid just shed blockers and was ALL OVER the field making tackles. With a year under his belt in Mangini's system and with Jenkins commanding double teams, to larger outside LBs, this kids is going to be UNSTOPPABLE

Not sure if it had that big of an impact, but there's no arguing that the improved D will help our offense in a big way this season. Starting on our 30-40 instead of on our 10 will be a nice change if all goes well.
My prediction is that he'll make the Pro Bowl about three seasons after he deserved it. The Pro Bowl pisses me off because it's nothing more than a popularity contest. Guys who deserve it get screwed for people that used to be Pro Bowl caliber. Ray Lewis play will continue to decline, and he'll keep getting it over guys like Harris. Sorry about the rant but I'm still pissed off about that whole John Lynch, Kerry Rhodes thing.
Tough to pick anybody to make the HOF this early in their career. 50% of it is pure luck that you survive long enough and are on good enough teams to even be considered for it but pro bowler, absolutely.
