I venture to say most of the haters here tonight have fuck all real first hand knowledge on this kid, myself included, but are waxing eloquent about his lack of size just by sheer observation at the draft podium. LOl, even giving Mac demerits while knowing shit all about the player. So you rather take a chance on a player that might not play for at least a year or more on the first round? Not one mentioned the fact that this is a position of dire need. Last year we lost because of zero speed at that position, we looked like LBs Running on quick sand. I have a feeling he can bulk up some and be a force on all 4 downs. We tried to move up apparently, but when it failed, we stuck with BPA as assessed by the experts, not us thank God.

I listed his HEIGHT from the combine (you said 6-0 and you can't inflate that at the combine) and when this 21 year old gets in an NFL program he'll easily be 235. Apparently he inflated his height at the combine because someone is maintaining he's only 6-0. Plus he's not really 21, he's 34. He forged his birth certificate at the combine too. And there is no way a 220 pound 21 (I mean 34) year old can pack on 15 pounds in an NFL weight program. He'll probably lose weight and play at 175. _

For everyone who is suggesting he is too small to be an every down linebacker: Myles Jack (who everyone agrees would have been a top 10 pick if not for his knee issues) is listed at 6' 1" and 225 pounds. Wasn't he projected to be an every down LB?
I have no idea how Lee will turn out. I'm totally ignorant on him. What I'm sick of is our continued acceptance of below average QB play. I really hope Bryce Petty is the guy for this team. I pray it's the case, but I'm skeptical. Somehow I feel like Denver did better than us in this case.
Don't try to use logic against some of these posters...lol And even if you want to say Myles Jack is more talented than Darron Lee. Lee has a clean bill of health, Jack doesn't.
