I'm in no way defending this guy, but it does have a small point. Many receivers, when signed/drafted by Green Bay said that the velocity Favre threw at them was nothing they've ever seen, and they dropped balls tons of times. Granted, DHB should of figured it out during the pre-season, but you never know. Maybe he just isn't use to the velocity. But he could also just be dumb as nails
I can't defend WRs dropping balls when it's in their hands, it's their job. Catch the Damn ball....DHB drops are from a lack of focus, lousy technique with his hands and poor route running. I've seen some of JM's passes to DHB, they weren't shot of a cannon. The Jet's wideouts didn't drop a ton of balls last year thrown by #4. No Question Favre has a cannon, but if a receiver is "focused " and has skills (something DHB lacks) catching the ball isn't a problem.
