What I wonder is why somebody who has been a member of the site for nearly 2 years has barely more than 300 posts? Hmmm does he only post when the Jets are winning because certainly this suntroller I mean sunshiner didn't have too much to say when we were 4-12 last season. We could have used his bright cheery attitude around here, why not try your crusade when the team you follow sucks?

Actually, it's you who doesn't understand what a troll is. Here is the entry in Wikipedia: "An Internet troll, or simply troll in Internet slang, is someone who posts controversial, inflammatory, irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum or chat room, with the intention of provoking other users into an emotional response or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion." Fans of other teams who come on here trying to provoke Jets fans are certainly trolls, but they are not the only kind of troll. The fact that you are constantly starting threads that call out supposed "darksiders" qualifies as trolling, since you are looking to provoke a reaction from those people. It is also completely off-topic, since this is a message board about the Jets, not a message board about you disliking other fans of the Jets. And before you now accuse me of being a "darksider," I'll point out that I predicted on here that the Jets would win 10 games this season before the season started.
Let's see I'm a Jets fan on a Jets message board pointing out past negative comments by darksiders. I also point out why it took some time for this Jets squad to jell. And that's being a troll. I'm not looking to provoke any reaction. The fact that there is a reaction proves the fact that the darksiders feel like they can say idiotic things and feel they have the right not to be called on it. They are experts of double speak. For example, they say we can't call the Jets a contender because we have to wait till the end of the year. Yet, they proclaimed the Jets dead after they started 1 and 2 and then doubly dead when we lost to Oakland. What hypocrisy!

the reason you are called a troll 1969 is because you start the same thread every week. if you want to post in existing threads that are having relevant conversations about the team and point out that someone may be being hypocritical then fine. but the last 3 weeks you have made at least 6 threads. all of them containing the word darksider and something about them being wrong. this is a board to talk about the jets not to gloat about the jets being good to other jets fans. i know i said the season was far from over after the 1-2 start,the oakland loss, the near loss to the chiefs. and so did many other posters on this board. you dont see everyone of us making threads saying HEY LOOK AT ME I WAS RIGHT. its pointless and makes you seem like a douche.
Again you just don't get it. I am not pointing to anyone specifically, just the general tone of conversation after a loss and the general negativity on this board.
