Norway Netherlands Belgium Germany France (lived there for 2 years) Spain Portugal Egypt Morocco Tunisia Turkey Greece (Athens, Corfu, Rhodes) Cyprus Italy Favourite was Egypt. The only holiday I've been on where I turned round and said I'd do it all again tomorrow. Cairo, Nile Cruise & Red Sea. Definitely worth it @typeOnegative13NY

New York City, of course. Other major cities: Amsterdam, Barcelona, Copenhagen, Florence, London, Paris, Prague, Rome (including Vatican City in there), St. Petersburg, San Francisco, Vienna. History (other than major cities): Bruges (sorry, @Brook!), Ephesus, Malta, Rhodes. Beauty: Maui, Santorini, Yellowstone National Park, Yosemite National Park, Zion National Park. I'm sure I've left some favorite places out - it really is an amazing world out there.
You are living a good life Jeff. As I get older my biggest passion becomes traveling to new countries and taste their food and drinks.
Travel has always been number 2 on my list of favorite activities (I have to say that watching sports is number 1). COVID caused me to miss out on trips to Bilbao (Spain), New Mexico, Hawaii, and Trieste (Italy) over the past couple of years, which definitely pissed me off. Definitely enjoy experiencing food and drink in new places, but I also enjoy seeing things I've never seen before. The three biggest holes in my list are Australia/New Zealand, Asia (my layover time in China doesn't really count, and no time in India or southeast Asia), and Israel/Egypt. Unfortunately political upheaval has complicated that, along with distance to Australasia.
Yep. I still do South America and Australia. And maybe one of Kenya/South Africa to taste real Africa. To me Egypt doesn't count. Want to see Melbourne and Sydney before I die. Lastly, want to do the Antarctica cruise from south of Argentina.
Got friends who've done that. Cold, very rough seas, but awesome they said. And more penguin pics than you can shake a stick at.
Austria Australia (not really, just a flight layover -- want to go back) Bahamas Belize Finland Hati Hungary Ireland Italy (seeing historical family ties was absolutely amazing) Mexico New Zealand Qatar Slovakia Spain UK Really want to go Southeast Asia and South America. If/when the political situation in Cameroon dies down, I will be going there as well

Impressive lists here, wish I would have visited more countries. Hopefully in the near future I'm able to start adding to my list.. I'm changing my profession at the moment, got fed up with my earlier job and started studying to be an airline pilot, hopefully it pays off in the future and those countries starts to pile up Here's my list: Sweden Portugal Spain Croatia Czech Republic Hungary Cyprus Egypt Bulgaria England USA Favorite places, New York absolute number one, Lisbon in Portugal, Giza pyramids. They let us in the pyramid, all the way to the tomb chamber, that was awesome.
Damn. There’s some pretty impressive lists here. I have to say, at my age I find I don’t really have a huge appetite for “exotic” destinations anymore. Unless I have a solid month to learn about a place or know a local who can hook me up, I’m just not that up for investing the time and resources anymore. I’d love to see Paris and a zillion other places, but not for a week. At this point I’d rather spend a week with my grandkids. And I’m fine with that. Grateful, in fact.
I won't mention UK as I grew up and live in Scotland Republic of Ireland Spain (best country in my opinion - plan to retire there) France Belgium Netherlands Germany Portugal Italy Greece Turkey Morocco Croatia Slovenia Bosnia Herzegovina Thailand Malaysia USA Canada Mexico South Africa (family visit - hated it as my family showed themselves to be bigoted assholes) Favourite places Berlin Malaga Puerto de la Cruz - retirement spot St Aubin sur Mer St Denis (Paris outskirts) Haarlem Tisno/Zadar Bergamo/Lecce. Mainly Europe but easy to get too!!!!
I love how Brits enjoy being in Europe. Within 2 hour flying distance they have 25 countries they can get to. Us poor Americans have to fly long times to see a country outside North America.
Live in Australia … 12 hours to LA , 8 hours to Singapore , 17 hours to London now direct from perth plus a 3 hour trip from eastern states , used to be 23 hours and a stop in asia or gulf states
Satan, What part of Australia are you? I am hoping to visit Australia one of these days thanks to United Airlines having direct flights to Australia now. I will try to invite @Jesus to travel with me.
