Plax and Mason > Edwards and Cotcerhy.

This is terrible news. One of my favorite Jets. But its business. He could never be a number 2 in this league IMO. Like i know what im talking about! Boooooooooooo Jets.

Oh please, the Jets were openly shopping him around for a trade and that's why he asked for it so he could move on instead of hanging around for the inevitable.

What's amazing is that a lot of people on this forum were excited last year because we agreed that Cotchery could by a #1 receiver in this league... and we had him as 3rd on the depth chart. That was last year. So in a year he went from a #1 receiver to "its business." Yeah, well I think there's a bit too much "business" going on in the NFL these days. As a fan its discouraging because you want to keep your loyalty with players who have been loyal to the team and have given up their hearts for it.

Well, we're splittin' hairs here either way. He was injured and upset, no surprise he had a bad season. Now that the truth has surfaced we can move on. Hopefully we land Mason who is still hungry for his first ring.

I love Jco but I guess it was neccessary.. The only thing I dont like about this move is that in this shortened camp its gonna take a couple games for Sanchez and his receivers to get that chemisty. He only has 1 returning WR from last year.. Good thing it's our best receiver..

You really expect better numbers from a wideout 3rd at the depth chart with Sanchez throwing? He made clutch plays last year when we really needed them.

JCo made alot of clutch catches for the Jets. It really sucks to see him get cut, but its business. I am certain that this decision was not made lightly by Ryan and Tannenbaum or anybody else in the organization. Thank You JCo and Best of Luck..... Welcome D-Mase!!

That the best you can do? Telling someone to go kill themselves? Is this really what made you funniest poster of 2007?

Only a cunt would say something like that.

I can understand why he would ask for his release. He's been demoted from #1 to #3 under Rex.

I asked you if you could do better; obviously you can't. All my cunt comment did was remind you of pussy. Stop stroking yourself in your mom's basement as you try to find clever things to say on the internet.

Cotchery apparently asked for release few days ago. M. Sanchez said, "I was hoping I could change his mind." This c/b over proposed pay cut.

Sanchez said there's always one big surprise in training camp and his vote might go to rookie Jeremy Kerley, who took reps with both the first and second string and hauled in a diving catch from backup quarterback Mark Brunell in one of the full team series.
"Baller," Sanchez said. "He's just a baller. He's doing great. For a guy who didn't know much of the playbook coming in, he's picked it up really fast. He's a yes-sir, no-sir kind of guy, puts his head down, goes to work, takes coaching really well and players really like him."

This needs to be posted everywhere because ya'll suckas be whack.
