That was a great run. We know he's got big play capability but we have other holes to fill. But if free agency works out, it's possible that we could draft him. Oh, and can we get Casey Dick to run-block for us? He'd be more useful than Clarke.
Dorsey has looked very mediocre. McFadden is a game-changer. Even on the other RBs 65 yard run, he had half of the defense following him, making a huge hole for the RB.
yeah, he can throw the ball too. At least twice on that drive (all at the QB position), he demanded that the defense follow him, leaving holes for other players WIDE open.
Whoever called him overrated is a dumbass...just because you don't want the Jets to draft him doesn't mean you should call him "overrated" He's the best running back in college football and most think he's the best PLAYER.
We can hold off on RB for another couple years, meanwhile try and trade the high selection for more picks and build the lines. Don't worry, in 2010 there will be some other can't-miss-once-in-a-lifetime RB prospect coming out, and we will probably suck enough to draft him in the top 5.
I was just going to say that, it's been a great game throughout with a few questionable coaching decisions by LSU.
