Cheating Pats show no class, run up score

Discussion in 'National Football League' started by Baron Samedi, Oct 28, 2007.

  1. Yeah!

Damn that media! Never showing the Patriots ANY respect! Those 20 minute discussions on whether their the best team ever for a 30 Min. show are just inexcuseable!

Damn fans! Being upset about a successful team openly cheating in several football games! They should know that the Patriots are SO good they are BEYOND the rules of the game!

Keep running up the score Tom! We'll get our revenge yet! This is about RESPECT!

I think it made a rallying point for the team, that's all I'm saying.

As for disappearing, I'll try not to get banned by then.:)

Honestly, I wish the Jets were doing better. I signed up hoping for a good heated rivalry this year.

Alas, I have to settle for the hatred.

Oh and I truly believe the Pats will go undefeated. Which believe it or not, is fine by me because I am sick of seeing the Dolphins roll out those geriatric players and celebrate everytime the last undefeated team loses.

  5. Wouldnt you much rather see the Phins be the first team to go 0-16?

Meanwhile the Patriots FINALLY have karma catch up to them?

I seriously doubt that will happen.
I also do not think the Patriots will win the AFC title.

Can you say 1998 Vikings, boys and girls?

the 98 vikings weren't anywhere near this good, they were a great offense, on turf, but they had a mediocre at best run D, and their pass D was based around ballhawking oncwe they were up big. Also dennis green was the coach.

I wasn't making a comparison based on coaching or personnel or your perception that the 2007 Pats have a quality run defense. Rather, all I was saying is I expect the Patriots to go 15-1 (and lose to the Colts twice).
The Vikings went 15-1 in 1998 and lost their conference title game.

I don't know if we can be lucky enough to see their kicker miss a 39 yarder to win it all

Joe Gibbs didn't even shake Bellichick's hand.

I was wrong. I read on another board he didn't, so I assumed he didn't outright lie. I haven't seen highlights besides what they showed at the Jets game.

I wish someone would just sign someone off the street and take Brady out if they keep doing this, spear him, break a leg, anything.

I wouldn't go that far, but I wouldn't be surprised to see the two teams next week go hard after the opposing. These teams are in each other's way.

I don't usually hope for injuries, but I wouldn't shed a tear if something happened to Brady that's for sure.

You are also reading WAY too much into what I wrote.

My point was I think the Patriots will likely go 15-1 and not make it to the Super Bowl. That would be exactly like the 1998 Vikings.

What a classless pile of monkey shit bellichicken is. If he wants to run the score up to 85 – 0 against anyone who ran their flaps against him in cheat gate – fine. I could care less if he meets Manretard 124 – 3 (which is probably what will happen) but when you run the score up against a guy like Joe Gibbs – you no longer have any humanistic qualities.

I hope bellies construction wife gives him aids.

If I'm a Pats fan, I'm concerned the next time they have to face any of these teams they've run the score up on....

As someone who has played football at a high level, I am very familiar with the mindset players get when they feel like they've been disrespected by an opponent.... The Pats should be careful, because sooner or later, one of these guys on one of these teams is going to get pushed over the edge, and there will be some cheap shots taken....

I'd rather it be Karma to catch up to New England than revenge, but, through my experience, when one team simply dominates another and runs their face in it, revenge is usually the next step.... If you can't beat 'em, hurt 'em
