Oh there'll be another McFadden soon enough...theres so many elite talents at RB in college football right now...pretty soon teams will be salivating at McCoy, Moreno, Wells, and Spiller amongst others.

    I don't think we'll see a Peterson for a while though....

everyone who thinks that Jesse Chatman is the solution to our running game, that has to stop. This guy is absolutly terrible. I have no idea why the Jets even considered signing him. Hes garbage.

I haven't forgotten the Tangini mantra. But I also seem to remember we traded for a guy named Kevan Barlow 2 years ago that had character issues. I think if a guy like McFadden is there and he makes an impression on the CS as a hard worker and an on-field professional, and is also high on their board when number 6 rolls around, they will take him. That is assuming that he is high on their board and all of that isn't a smokescreen.

I'm not sure how I'd feel about that, but the more I hear from Dallas, the more I think that if McFadden is there at number 6, we will be getting Akin Ayodele and some picks in return. That is assuming Jones doesn't throw all of that and a kitchen sink in a trade for the first overall.

Does this mean that Cedric Houston won't be un-retiring?

I would rather trade down down and get the pics we lost via trades. Moreno is a monster and he will be there in the '09 draft

It's possible we never see a back like Peterson again. That man is a BEAST and will be the best back in football, if he isn't already.
