Relax. He can make the team just like the UDFAs they sign might. But the fact of the matter is most 7th rounders get cut or end up on the practice squad. It is not against him personally. I remember people singing the praises of Titus Adams last year, saying he might be the answer to the problems on the DL. He was cut. Just saying, lets keep a little perspective, he's a 7th rounder.
I doubt all that many teams were interested in him once he ran a 4.65 at the combine. Seems he was still recovering from a broken foot. So his 4.34 pro day number flew right under the radar. NFL.com says Deion Branch, but I say he's a poor man's Santana Moss. Great hands, great in the open field, fast, returns punts. Hopefully he makes the team and keeps us from getting Revis injured on returns. Can anyone find some video on him?
He is actually very good. His junior year, he was an All-ACC wideout. Just because you've never heard of him, doesn't mean he sucks. If he wouldn't have broken his foot this year, he would've put up huge numbers and probably been picked late day 1 or early day 2.
He ran the 4.6 at the combine before his broken foot was completely healed and ready to go. He ran 4.34 at his proday, and apparently he is still not 100 percent. I wonder how fast he really is then?
Yeah, he has terrible balance based on that limited video right there. Shifty in the open field, but not a tackle-breaker by any means. Still, a guy with speed and some playmaking ability is very nice for a 7th rounder.
yea ok...just another QB turned WR...only difference is that Stuckey started his position change in his sophomore year...get your facts straight
In his defense, his QB was not hitting him in stride in that video, and most of the tackles were of the shoestring variety after he broke the defenders ankles. He seems like a high intensity guy that really loves to play football.
yeh thats what I got to, he looked like old school madden when you ran near a guy and automatically go down
