He's the typical new age QB..which is not what we need. We dont need a Kaepernick/RG3 type. We need a Luck type. A guy that wont have running on his mind if things arent there. He's careless at times and his accuracy isnt great. He also crumbles when he goes up against solid defenses. And like it or not the spread offense is the biggest concern. To ignore that would be silly. He's a fine QB to take in the mid-late 1st. But 1st-3rd overall? Im staying far far farrrrr away.
He's not a real vocal leader; that's about it. There are things that he will need to further develop but I would not call them "major flaws".
