The outcome of this game is great - regardless of who wins tonight, I have a team to genuinely root for against either Ben or Brady in the SB...
they're debating whether Quinn should've punted or kicked a FG 2:40 left in a 23 point game they could take a knee on 4th down. It doesn't matter!
this is pathetic just take knees, then why bring in backups and run it into the line repeatedly? risking injury for both sides with no possibility of ending the game with dignity poor form for GB
Honestly, no team in the NFL has gotten fucked over more than the Oakland Raiders. "The Tuck Rule," worst call in all of sports. I remember when Junc tried to tell me that was the correct call. No, it was not Junc. Oakland clearly stripped and recovered the ball; and would have been able to kneel the clock out. Highway robbery.
Boy what a joke...slept thru most of the last game I swear with the way Rogers receivers were dropping the ball the fix was in for this game...incredible fail and very suspicious jmho
The Raiders got to the SB on two bogus plays also. The phantom roughing the passer on 4th down against the Pats in 75 and Stabler rolling the ball when he was getting sacked and Dave Casper pushing it to the end zone where he fell on it a few years later. as far as the tuck rule... that shouldn't have stopped them from stopping the Pats or winning in OT. Lot's happened after that play.
lol no reasonable explanation given why NE took the ball first truth is, I don't think it matters much, but an odd change to always defer and take the ball first here
they should've gone for it on 4th and 1 such a mistake kicking FGs there you likely convert, and even if you don't, you pin the other team
The game should have been over. Even you know it was a fumble. That was called a fumble on the field and then overturned. There is no denying the game was over, until an official came in and bailed New England out.
