I'll say it again: Some would rather be right about this team being a shitty team and Mangini being a shitty coach than anything else. Nothing can go wrong or it's a sign of franchise incompetence. This is why Jets fans know less about winning than this team ever will IMO.
You say that as though the reaction of Jets fans is somehow related to the success of the Jets team. It's not.
The Jets don't suck. The defense is horrible but yet if not for the D there is no way we win that game. Offense was absolutley awful in the second half. Favre was Favre nothing more to say on him. They looked like a winning team in the 1st half and then a crappy team in the 2nd. OK the Jets do suck!
I really believe that if this Bob Sutton would send more than 3 damn guys this team would improve ALOT. Maybe a six man blitz? Bring Elam on blitzes more often! That seems to work. This would go a VERY long way. And its something so simple. This is one of the better Jets teams in a while and it has the potential to do damage. Some aggressive defensive playcalling would really do wonders for this team. It would force sacks, poor throws and more turnovers which would also create more momentum. WHY is it that the only people that don't see this happen to run the damn team!? And yes it was unimpressive, but hey, we're 9-5. This team controls its own destiny!!! This team can get in without any help from other teams.
