Unless we move Kerry Rhodes to Free Safety, his original position in his early career at Louisville, why would we sign another strong safety? Just Curious in your thought, not trying to bash.
They're likely waiting to see what's available before dealing with him. Right now, he can't deal with another team as he has fewer than 3 years of experience. It's different from being an RFA. If the team has faith in him, it would be a great time to offer him an extended contract, but they need to know numbers. Obviously, he won't get a big contract, but it'll be interesting to see how they work with him.
