Would have to say Burress is equal to or better than Edwards

Burress was in trouble , but should be walking a straight line now

Edwards has not learned anything and next mistake will send him to jail.

I do wish we could have resigned Edwards, but it might work out in our favor that we didn't.

The idea of Sanchez huckin up fades to Burress is so awesome.

The fact that I'm a Giants lover for whatever reason really makes me want to see this happen.

Jones is not a #2 WR in this league, I don't care what anyone says. If anything he should our #3 but he's not much of a field stretcher so he's in the same mold of a Cotchery. The fit isn't good IMO.

Also,, Jets in on Cromartie, no interest in Edwards, as per Mehta.

Jet fan morale and player morale are not linked. We're all pissy because we're not getting the free agents we want- that's a good thing, if you're a Jet player and somebody's coming in to take your job.

It's not like 11 defensive players say in unison, "We missed Aso? Awwww... we're gonna suck now..."

    I miss Braylon...

and I dont like the idea of a guy thats spent the last 2 years in jail and away from football being our #2.

I would rather Cotch be our #2

We did treat him wrong by not even talking to him or just asking what it would take to make him happy in NY.

Really like Edwards, but he still is wild and Burress who has better hands has mellowed out, I guess two years lost will do that and make you appreciate what you have.

I would prefer Braylon, who should only cost a few more per year and is 6 years younger.

But I could definitely see this happening, Burress has linked himself to the Jets for a long time, and this would explain why we have no interest in bringing back Bray. If it does happen, I think it would be a good signing. Plaxico would compliment Santonio perfectly and I think he could return to his pre-jail form rather quickly; heck, Vick came back even better.

I'd be interested in Moss and Buress at this point.

Yeah your probably right. Where fucked outta options. Either get Floyd or Burres since we can't sign Edwards for some fucking reason.

Holmes and Cotch on the outside with Kerley in the slot until you get to the Red Zone, then put Holmes on slants and Burress on fades. I like the sound of that.

I love Holmes man but if Burress is what he always was, he is our #1.

In Madden, it'll be "X" on 360 to pass to Plax. :breakdance::breakdance:

Don't you guys remember after the Championship game, there was Braylon on camera dissin' Schottenheimer's game plan, bitchin' that they didn't get him the ball enough? After a tough loss it rubbed me the wrong way, maybe management remembers too. I love what Braylon did for us & I wanted him back, but he seems to be a bit of a crybaby (see twitter). Maybe that is why Tanny doesn't want him back...

he had every right to bitch at that fool, especially Holmes and Sanchez (3rd and long pass that almost killed our QB) during that AFCC game.

Plax is an idiot off the field, so is braylon. I want a full team all season. If that means Jericho is our #2, Im fine with that. We still have Keller and guys coming outta the backfield who can catch the ball.

You're absolutely right on that point. Also the goal to go blunder. The coaching staff cost us that game. But my point is, calling out the coaching staff on national TV is not a good way to get yourself a new contract. I'm just guessing on this. I really can't figure out why they don't want him back. Maybe the money parameters have changed and they want to go to Plax instead. Plaxico is OK with me if the money makes sense. We need Cromartie back and that's all I really care about now.
