The Bills season was over the minute Rex pulled out that Clemson football helmet for the press conference. That was all about Rex hiding from the blows he thought were going to land otherwise and it signaled that he'd lost the locker room. I think he might be one and out with the GM. Obviously hiring a new GM and coupling him with Rex isn't the way to go. Not sure why Rex has lost the touch he had the first 3 years with the Jets but I suspect that it's his reliance on fading vets and his unwillingness to put anybody in fear for their career along the way.
He inherited some solid guys when he got here. He has zero admin skills. And his nose for the draft is probably lacking. Plus, he is a narcissist. A lot of players are narcissists. Narcissists don't get along. Plus, the longer you coach and lose, the deeper the bunker mentality becomes.
