    bullshit on the 2-3 yr rebuilding plan. The Jets are a good team right now. They don't need to be rebuilt, they need to be coached correctly. There are areas that need to be upgraded such as the secondary - but there is no way in hell we need a rebuilding plan. We need a coach.

    Herman sucked, he inherited a good team and destroyed it. Mangini inherited a crap team and improved it - he just couldn't coach it well enough to keep the job.

    Woody needs to go out and hire a proven winner. No more 1st time coaches.
