Wow, imagine a guy hitting on Jen Sterger. Shocking. Next thing you know, Inez Sainte is going to come in for some extra attention in the locker room.
So you're saying that exposing yourself to an unattractive female is wrong, but if the woman is good looking, it's the right thing to do? What would you say if some creep sent obscene photos of himself to your wife or daughter?
Yeah, like there couldn't be more to the story than unsolicited email pictures of Favre's lord baltimore.
I have a problem with this article coming out the week we are playing the Vikings. How long did the press know about this? I don't believe it is coincidence. It just makes me think that these guys have dirt on many people, but they pick and choose when they will bring it to the public's attention. Fuck the media. I think about what I want to think about, and no one is going to determine what my thoughts should be. This is why I do not listen to commentaries of games.
If you are an olf fashioned guy you most definitely buy the girl a drink before showing her your penis.
Favre doesn't have a lot of games left, the Vikings need him badly, and millions of sports fans enjoy watching him play. I am sure he is not the first guy to hit on Sterger inappropriately. Wouldn't it have been better if she decided to be the bigger person and walk this one off instead of alerting the media? On the bright side, maybe she will accept the Playboy invitation when it comes.
I can be pretty open minded about a lot of stuff. But this sounds like a classic case of sexual harassment. Assuming the allegations are true, which of course I don't know, but assuming they are, it is very unlikely Sterger gave him any good reason to think she would approve of him doing something like that. That's the standard, more or less. He was stupid to do something like that. It's the part of sports that is least attractive, imo. Boorish behavior by pampered stars who think they play by rules different from you and me. Ftr this is NOT like the Braylon case, where puritans here and elsewhere were basically asking for Edwards to be treated far more harshly than you or I would be in the same situation. But if you or I were found out doing this kind of thing at work, you and I would definitely hear from your boss (or me from mine), big time. And maybe your state's civil rights division as well. All joking aside, this was uncool.
