Thanks. What is the "drawer test"? edit: Never mind. Someone posted a YouTube video of a medical professional (?) talking about it, even if it sounded like that professional took a hit of helium before he started filming the video.
Don't forget Vinny, 1999 season, favorites to get back to the AFCCG and maybe the SB... Game 1.... *snap* goes his Achilles...
the refs weren't bad, they jsut let the players play and didn't call a lot. we had some weird random calls though. they did get the zach fumble and mosley non pick correct and both were really close so refs this game didn't actually do bad IMO
That could prove to be a blessing in disguise. If I'm right about the way Saleh and MLF have had Zach playing being the cause of his inaccuraccies, then this may save him and his career. They should have to take the reins off and let Zach play his game. He was loose, confident and in command of the offense in TC. IMO it's obvious to me that they have him thinking too much, pressing not to make a mistake, rather than just letting him play. It's probably affected his confidence as well. I hate that Breece is injured, but again, think it could be a blessing for Zach and the team overall.
Welp let hope we get all the bad injury luck out of the way this year. It was never about this year anyway but man talk about a lesson in adversity. If they still make the playoffs this year and break the drought it will bode well for next year and the future with everyone back healthy next year plus another offseason for JD.
AVT and Breece Hall are two of our best draft picks in a long time. Hope these guys come back better than ever next year.
Really? This is football, this happens every week to numerous teams, get used to it. To go back 36 years to complain about injuries is the epitome of making yourself a victim. The whole "why can't we have nice things?" line is pathetic.
I would like to think that no one actually thought a person would drink bleach because of something that happened in a football game.
nah we got away with some stuff to. they could have easily called zachs dead ball sack a fumble, we also had CBs being overly physical at times.
Maybe, but the fact is they didn't call nearly as many penalties on the Broncos, and they "missed" several egregious headhunting calls. We're lucky we didn't also lose Zach and GW after the hits and piling on they took. This was one of the dirtiest games I've seen since the old Raiders days in the AFL. The league really does need to investigate this.
It was really cowardly of them to play that way when their starting QB was on the bench, and we aren't in their division. It's like Hackett is Greg Schiano 2.0.
If I'm Russell Wilson and I found out my coach was issuing bounties, I'd rat on him immediately. No way am I putting my health at risk from another team getting revenge.
Fuck the fucking Jets. 2 pro bowlers out for the year because of bad luck. We seriously aren't allowed to have good things. I'm fucking done with the NFL as a whole. Too many injuries to invest anymore time in. An absolute joke.
your exaggerating a little. i kinda felt the same during the game but it was stressful, it was close, our offense wasn't moving, we were losing premium players. but on 2nd watch after the smoke cleared there were a couple but it was far from head hunting. honestly the game is better then they let people play. they could have easily called sauce for a PI in the end zone on that final play and they would have had 1st and goal from the 1 and likely tied it up.
I would certainly hope not but even making the comment is a bit over the top. In the grand scheme of things how much does your life change if the Jets win or lose? If your answer is anything other than "not at all" you're doing it wrong.
