Something I realized that is probably just coincidence but interesting nonetheless: The Sopranos also had an episode titled "Live free or die" which took place mostly in New Hampshire with Vito on the run. The BB version of course had Walt on the run from New Hampshire
Thats the state motto, like on the bottom of the license plate so makes sense that more than one thing about new hampshire would use it for a title.
This season has been phenomenal so far. I think for the next 5 episodes it's going to be a Walt v Mike type thing. Then next season I think it will be Walt v Hank with Hank killing Walt in the finale but covering it up for the DEA.
I just want to stand up and applaud after every episode. Incredible. Also: Sick song to pick for the into! 'Bonfire' by Knife Party
That was the first time since season 3 that I said "whoa" out loud. (In the first few seasons that came out of my mouth on a regular basis). That was a killer episode with a serious exclamation point. You knew that there would be a tie in with the opening scene, but I was not expecting it to go down the way it did.
"The point is, no one, other than us, can ever know that this robbery went down. Nobody. Got it?" - Jesse "Yeah, absolutely" - Todd "Are you sure?" - Walt "Yes, sir" - Todd
I can't help but feel worse and worse for Mike with each and every episode. I just hope that Jesse somehow stays alive once the shit finally hits the fan.
If anyone here reads my posts regarding movies/TV, you would know I tend to pick things apart in my posts. There is absolutely nothing I can say negatively about this season so far. I've never seen anything like this before. I am anxious to see what Gilly's next project is. _ The bug in the picture is concerning. All it takes is another Marie theft relapse and Hank throws the picture against the wall and discovers the bug.
I think it's right there, the wire was amazing too but this season so far clearly puts the Wire on the rear view mirror. Only a matter of time before Jesse finds about about Walt poisoning that kid.
Pretty stark contrast between Jessie and Walt....I mean Heisenberg (there really isn't any Walt left in there).
