I don't think he is going to get suspended. You need to have a certain number of strikes against you before the commish pulls out the suspended card. He'll probably just get fined.

 

I hope he gets nothing serious and just a slap on the wrist.

 

He will get no worse than a 1 game suspension.

 

Was a decoy, while oakland defenders were chasing him, Jet backfield was running around for 300 plus yards.

Not much of a chance but slightly better than the Giants chances of beating the greatest team in NFL history in the SB. Choke happens.

 

That's right, we have no chance against a team that we have already beaten. Pats fans are great in regular season. Always pufing their chests out as if they had just won a Super Bowl, even when their last SB was half a decade ago.

Payback may be a bitch, but you have a whole city full of bitches, so I guess you know how to recognize them.

 

Arraignment Nov 17th most probably means Jan. for the next court date. If it looks like playoffs are coming up they will just ask for a continuation.

Besides the minor distraction for him this will not be an issue until next year some time.

 

He wasn't charged in the original incident, which is different from being cleared. He was obviously there and a party to the incident and someone else was originally charged.

Perhaps what has happened is other evidence has surfaced, so now he's been charged also. While not terribly serious, this isn't good and we don't need the distraction. Let's hope he learns from being involved in these kinds of things and it never happens again.
