Brandon Marshall Anyone?

?

Would you like the Jets to make a trade for him?

  1. Yes. He's the deep threat and end zone target we need.

  2. No. He's a head case and damaged goods.

wow. i knew he had his problems but i never saw a full chronological list of incidents.

hes like Ike Turner with more talent. and on that note, no thanks. hes a top 5 WR as of today but still, with todays behavioral policies theres no telling how often hed make the field.

its a given he likes to beat women, the last thing we need is him beating up more high profile women in a more high profile setting.

the dudes obviously got major issues.

I would rather sign Plaxico for a year compared to trading for Marshall when you consider that all Plaxico did was hurt himself by being an idiot compared to Marshall who several times has had the police called on him for abusing women.

However, when thinking of the long term, Marshall is only heading into his 4th year and he and Sanchez could be a dynamic duo for at least the next 5, 6 years if we were to send Denver a 1st & 3rd and give him a long term deal. The problem is once he gets a new deal, plus being in New York City, is he going to get worse or will he shape up? He is an extreme talent, nobody questions that, he is a Top 5 young WR in this league.

It all comes down to if Denver is willing to deal him and how high we hold his character.

In the end I don't see the Jets signing Burress or dealing for Marshall. I think we'll go with what we have in 2009.

He is a great talent, but he is a piece of shit. Guys like him deserve a daily ass-whoopin in jail not 8 figure contracts and the luxury life.

I just have a simple question, if (as it appears) the Broncos are blowing it all up, and destroying their team, if they would take a 2 and a 4, would there be anyone not wanting to bring him in and pair him with Sanchez?
