I think the Patriots take down the Broncos all day. Payton Manning outdoors in the cold?

Denver's D sucks. There's no denying that. That might cost them the SB appearance this year....

Either way though, they could lose 48-45 this January and junc will blame it on Manning. So there's that.

If he was losing playoff games like that I wouldn't bash him at all but only TWO times in his career has he led his high powered O's to 20 or more points in a playoff loss.

2007 hosting SD he led his O to 24 pts in a 28-24 loss where he threw 2 RZ INTs that cost his team at least 6 pts in a 4 pt loss.

2012 hosting Baltimore he led his O to 21 pts, his STs scored 14 more pts and he STILL couldn't find a way where 3 picks led directly to 17 pts in a 3 pt 2 OT loss including the pick in double OT that set up the GW FG for Baltimore.

show me these losses where he did all he could and they lost b/c of other factors? show me a Rodgers like 51-45 playoff loss or Brees 2 years ago at SF.

I hope you are, although their defense could step up. I really don't want to see the Broncos winning the Super Bowl

I don't like many of the AFC teams or players in the playoffs this year, or in the NFC. I think the SB is going to between two teams I don't like unfortunately.

I rooted for him in Indy but I despise Denver so I can't root for him.

I am numb to NE winning so I don't care if they win anymore but this year I don't want to see them make the SB since it is in our Stadium. I hope it's not a NE-Den Championship Game.

My early pick is KC taking the AFC.

See this is one of the silly arguments in my opinion. Show me a playoff loss where Brady did all he could. There isn't one. There are losses for both Brady and Manning where they played okay but gave their defense a late lead. There are games where Manning and Brady played ok and put the games outcome on the leg of their kicker. But neither have a playoff game where they gave it their all and lost.

Yep, but performance has a big part to do with who the media rides (hence the RG3 hype last year). Wilson doesn't need to put up huge numbers, he's just a winner and a born leader. I see a SB ring in his very near future.

KC is one of the few AFC teams I want along with SD.

I'm not sure how your numb to them winning SBs when they haven't won one in almost a decade  Don't want them.

Don't want Ind because I don't want them to win a SB in two different eras of their team and all they had to pay for it was one 2-14 season.

Don't want Denver because I want it to backfire for them getting Peyton and not developing a young QB.

Don't want the Bengals because I don't think Dalton is a great QB and don't want him overrated because of 4 good games.

Don't want the Seahawks and 49ers because I don't like them. Panthers, Eagles, Saints, Packers I'm okay with. Really pulling for Chip and the Eagles, think it would be a great story and I've been a big McCoy fan for a while.

I would be interested to see if the offense opened up how Wilson would look. He'd get more opportunities to take off and he's so much fun to watch in the pocket when things break down.

I was actually shocked to see how low Wilson is in pass attempts this year.

It would definitely be fun to watch. Yeah Carroll really put the handcuffs on him this year. It's more out of the fact that Pete wants to play ground and pound and amazing defense than any indictment on Wilson. And I can't say I blame him as their style of play is super efficient. He is awesome to watch IN the pocket. He doesn't even need to run out of it. He slides and bounces around in there under total control at all times which is such an underrated skill.

Yeah I agree, super efficient. I hope Seattle has to open their passing game in the playoffs though for my own enjoyment

show me where Brady was shut out, show me where Brady threw a pick 6 to end a playoff game, show me the long list of one and dones in postseason?

The K argument is a poor one, the one game it came down to a K for Manning HE blew it. He got multiple gifts to even be in the game at that point including a fumble return near midfield late. he had 2nd and 3rd and 2 from the 28 of Pitt and took shots at the EZ each time rather than get closer for his K and his K missed. when did Brady ever have his K do all the scoring in a game like Peyton did at Bal 2006?

maybe if the doesn't throw that pick 6 his K could have won SB XLIV? Brady has been the much better postseason QB, they have been similar in recent years but even in bad years Brady has only been one and done twice while Manning has been one and done an astounding EIGHT times.

the last 2 years the teams that have won have been shocking.

I think the Chiefs are arguably the worst team still alive. Had the Jets qualified, I'd have loved their chances against KC.

As much as I hate to say it, I think the Pats are the team this season.

I just don't think NE has enough talent to win the AFC.

You haven't shown me a playoff game that Tom Brady lost that he gave it all. There isn't one, hence the silly argument comment on my part.

I'm just not sure about the Chiefs. I can't figure them out.

    Exactly!

They have plenty of talent, comparatively. Plus they'll outcoach at least one team that's just happy to be there. Plus the refs are always likely to help out anyway they can. I think this is their year. The fucks.

Yea I think they'll get through the AFC. Don't count Cincinnati out though. I could see Cincy knocking them off in Foxboro, especially if Dalton gets hot. They got the defense and the right pieces around him to make a Baltimore-like run.

But yes if N.E. gets by them I think they will represent the AFC. It would be a slam dunk if they had gronkowski.

I still think the SB winner will come from the NFC though. Probably Seattle. But who knows.

show me the shutout? show me the 3 pt game he put up? he has had a few clunkers but not consistently like Peyton. Brady gives his team chances to win every year despite much less talent than Peyton has had to work with.

Brady has very little to throw to w/ Gronk out and the D is ok, nothing special.

With Brady they always have a shot but I will be surprised.
