    Agree....people need to lighten up. It was a relatively amusing piece of fluff.

    People really do need to lighten up. A lot of his stuff is hilarious. Read his Vegas stories... those have me rolling every time.

    IgnatiusJReilly- How do you figure he's a racist? I'm not saying he isnt... but I never picked that up reading his stuff. Is there some story behind that?

    He's a very good writer, and he knows his shit. And the Mexican-American QB thing was a harmless joke.

    Boston fan or not Bill Simmons is da man of sports writing. I enjoy his columns so much more than everyone else. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he should have a show on comedy central. I love when he bashes Kobe Bryant. His article after they won the championship was brilliant!!!! BRILLIANT!!!!!

    i agree with this. unless he still has contacts that can get him to poison brady, i don't see much use for oconnell.

    Considering Belligunt built his SB wins around former JETS players and constantly signs ex-JETS.

    Not saying we've never done it but you have rings because of it......oh and the taping too...
