Philly... or new england when theyre playing some other team and it doesnt affect us... Like last year
Obviously, the Jets are my team and are miles ahead of anyone else. With that said, I root for the Giants and Saints in the NFC and I've taken a liking to the Chargers the past few years, especially because of Tomlinson.
I've really grown attached to the Saints. They have the coolest, most friendly fans and it's hard not to root for them as the feel good story of the season post-Katrina. I also kinda like the Chargers. Those throwback unis are sweet.
Eagles...my wife & daughter are die hard Eagles fan...just as die hard as my son & I are about the Jets....
Besides the Jets, and Giants, the teams I like vary from year to year. I liked the Lions when Barry was there, and I have been a GB fan since Favre has been there. When he retires, that's it for the Pack. This year: 1) Chicago (I love that D.) 2) Saints (What a great return for a town that needed it. Plus, I am big Brees fan.) 3) Bengals (I've been a fan for the past few years. Even when they were the Bungles, finding new ways to lose each week.) 4) Chargers (I was mad when they let Brees go, but I love LT [best overall player in the game IMO.] I like Merriman too, even with this latest news. Who knows if he purposely cheated, or just used something that screwed him.) 5) Vikings (The most underrated team in the NFL, including our Jets.) 6) Ravens (My early pick to play Chicago in the SB. I thought McNair was the savior of that club. Now, who knows?) 7) Houston (I like Carr. If he didn't spend so much time on his back, he'd be elite.) The Cards were an early favorite of mine, since it seemed they finally turned that corner. Guess not. But Denny Green is sure fun to watch during postgames. I had liked the Steelers last year, long before their playoff run. I was a Big Ben fan. They've fallen to pieces now though. He should have stayed off that stupid bike. I was an Indy fan for a few years because I liked Peyton. Since he has proven he is about as reliable in extra games as ARod though, I am pretty happy going back to my old hatred for that club, dating back to when they were in our division. The only team that I truly care about is the Jets though. All the others can win or lose, and it doesn't affect me. The Jets are all that matters. I wind up rooting for different teams every week thanks to my football pool, but I don't care if I lose every game of the pool except the Jets. When we win, I'm happy. When we lose, everyone else can kiss my ...
I always cheer against Buffalo, and I like the Bears because Urlacher is a monster. I have liked them since he came into the league but ovbiously when the Jets play them its no question that I will cheer for the Jets.
i lived for almost 8 years in new orleans. while i watched the jets religiously then, i always had te saints out of the corner of my eye. the saints are a fun team to watch, exciting, heartbreaking.
The Packers with Brett Favre - the way he slings it - even now in his final years it's still fun to watch.
AFC: San Diego, cause I lived there for a few years. NFC: No one really, I pull for the G-Men, unless i bet against them Only team I never bet against are my JETS baby
Cheer Other than the Jets, I cheer for: 1) Whoever I bet on 2) All NFC teams when playing an AFC team 3) All of the teams who play my friends' teams. I hate hearing them gloat. - - - - 1,2 and 3 overlap sometimes. (i.e When I bet, I usually pick the Pats)
Eagles.. my aunt has season tickets and I go to a game every year... i'm actually going to the philly-jax game this week... thank god for sirius radio on the way home for the jets game
