    Mel is the Seattle pitching coach.

    There's nothing he can't ruin. Keep Felix and Bedard away from Mel, and Seattle could be very dangerous.

    Not really when you consider Bedard didn't also require a huge monetary investment.

    Bedard, Felix, Washburn is scary. especially with such a solid bullpen. good thing theyre offense is so bad. Sexson/Beltre... two awful signs. way to give big money after contract/career years. Although..... been there done that.
