Did someone just let the air out of the Cowboys?

Vereen with a big run to the Dallas 11

they then call it first and goal from the 11

    wtf?

officials blew it in San Diego

not that it matters, game is basically over

should be 4th and 19, dead ball foul means down counts

instead the refs say 3rd down

That was ridiculous . They called it a live ball foul because the raiders player kneed the Chargers player in the head. Bullshit. The penalty was thrown after that when he shoved him in front of the referee.

Also, Giants fan seriously can't be happy with how they looked tonight right? I mean yes, a win is a win but A pick 6 and kick off to the house was 14 of their 27 points. They looked anemic on offense except for that drive where a RB no one heard of had 41 of 70 yards

I hate Eagles since Week 3. I hope they crash and burn and lose big rest of their games. Go Panthers.

I've been a huge Jordan Matthews supporter but he really needs to wipe the butter off his hands.

To be fair, Dallas has quietly become very good on defense.

It's amazing how many balls he drops.

Can't decide who was dumber in the Ryan Matthews fiasco this Summer, Ryan Matthews for sticking with his commitment or Philly for honoring it. With Sproles and Murray he doesn't get nearly the workload he obviously deserves and they are paying him far too much for what they let him do.

It's a shame cuz he is such a beast otherwise.

    Bradford also sucks.

Kuechly and Thomas Davis are incredible to watch. Both or at least one of them are in on every tackle, usually both. True sideline to sideline linebacking and sound tackling seems to be something the league is moving away from.

Everyone wants hybrid safeties and pass rushing linebackers. These two guys are incredible though. Carolina will have something special as long as they're around. Norman and Short are good young defenders too. Their defense is going to be very good for a long time.

I never thought Bradford was this bigtime pick-up but I am amazed at how bad he has been. It is surprising that there have not been more calls to bench him, his play is clearly benchworthy.

I saw it too. I was so shocked I mentioned it in the game thread. It was actually a very nice play which added to my shock.

I am *still* scratching my head over why they take him out of the game during goal line and short yardage situations. That game would have ended sooner if they had Yeldon in there at the goal line instead of Toby friggin Gerhart. Whatever, hopefully they stick to that strategy when they face us in two weeks.

Where was this Chris Johnson last year? I don't recall seeing anywhere near that kind of burst when he was a Jet. And this is after he got shot.
