Agreed The Jets shouldnt and I dont think they are fooling themselves. That secondary except for Revis and Rhodes was horrible. They need another DB to play Nickel back and Ivy is a perfect fit. They should sign him.
Lowery is more than adequate for a 3rd CB, I don't think we need Ivy, I'd prefer saving more cash and whatever we'd trade for moving up the draft to get a DE in the second maybe.
