    so if we get the 4th pick in the draft in 08 that would make it 3 of the last 6 years the jets would have a #4 pick........(03, 06 and 08)

    folks - if the jets do not hit a mammoth home run with this pick, whether it is parlayed into lower picks or not, the franchise will continue to be toast.

    Well the official story is that they(Cam and Ram) had Beck rated at the same level as Quinn, so they took the 2nd round guy instead of the guaranteed megabucks media-hyped Quinn :D See what he did to the Browns? Drafted late and still wanted top 10 money. Ah well, I was pissed at the time but got over it. I wish we passed on Beck too and took Woodson or Brohm this year.

    Either way though 1 and 2 shouldn't really matter if its 1. MIA 2. NYJ or vice versa because it's very unlikely we'll be targeting the same player.
