D'brick, Hawk, Young, Williams, Cutler, or Leinart as long as they dont do any trades, stay with #4, 29, and 35 we will do just fine this year.

Can we re-draft Jay Feidler at #4?

No way the Saints Draft M. Williams. They got sick DE's in WIll Smith & Charles Grant. Them drafting a DE with their first pick this year is about as likely as Indianapolis drafting a QB in the 1st round. The talk on the Saints message board has them trading down & acquiring AJ Hawk or D'Brick at #3 or #4 or possibly a Ngata at #7

That's me too, but no others are acceptable to me (unless Leinert somehow falls, which he won't).

Actually I have been hearing that the Saints actually want AJ Hawk. I do not think the Jets will pick Hawk or Williams. I expect a trade up for Leinart (joping against this) Leinart at 4 or a trade down.

My choice would be trade down and take Vernon Davis. Yes I know he is a TE, but he is special.

has anyone seen matt leinart play? hes the next chad pennington...egg in the pocket, bad shoulder, weak throwing arm, but accurate, i guess but if u consider what he did with the stars around him...then u take a look at jay cutler, whos going to be a star, who did he have and look what he did. if they draft matt leinart, im just about done with the jets...D'Brick is my boy

    A clear choice

I think that there's plenty of talent coming up in the NCAA at QB. We have Ramsey and (possibly) Pennington at QB. The addition of Dyson makes our defense all the stronger, and a later rounds will give us the opportunity to get Mangold. It's time to either beef up our offensive line and create time in the pocket for either of them. In the 4th round, I suggest we pick up Zach Strief from Northwestern; the kid is a maniac. But I want to hear...

With the Fourth pick of the 2006 NFL Draft, the New York Jets select D'Brickshaw Ferguson, OT, University of Virginia.

later rounds & mangold shouldnt be in the same sentance...

Mangold might be gone by pick #29, if not and we pass on him; he will almost definatly be gone by #35

Seattle took a center last year at 26...Mangold is a very talented Center and we would be lucky to have him at 29.

At this point, as long as it is defense, I'm satisfied.

If we draft Deangelo at 4, that will be one of the all time reaches...My head would pretty much explode.

Not at the 4th spot. Look at the holes. DL is an issue as well as us needing another good LB. Who would we take at number four for offense? Vince Young? .... please.....Not D'Brick either b/c we're getting another OL guy at the 29 spot.

If we drafted Vernon Davis at 4 I think I might shoot a cat. As for the player that I want for the Jets my avatar pretty much explains it all.

i actually don't know who i want. Obviously Bush is my #1 pick but he is about 1/10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
of a chance of being there at 4. It's intriguing, who do you want really, Leinart is going to be at least damn Good, Young could be special, i completely Dispise CUTLER. I want Hawk bad, am not fond of D'brick but can see the Pick, and recently Super Mario has worked his way into my heart...

This is gonna be one of those madden years where i take all the top rookies and make them a team and see which one turns out the best....
